Must be used by purchaser. Non refundable-Non transferable unless in the case of moving out of state. Must be used within one year of purchase. *Price excludes any add ins which may be purchased separately. You may purchase additional appointments after 12 are used or upgrade to longer sessions at the current rates.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same day cancellations and no shows are charged full price for the missed appointment, or you may send someone in your place.
