Service Description

This session is for EXTRA DEEP TISSUE muscle work. Best on body builders, athletes, and clients that can't ever find a therapist that can work deep enough into the muscle belly. The therapist will be using their elbow, forearm, and their bodyweight as well as a low table setting to get deep into the tissue for hard-to-reach muscle tension. This is not a relaxing session and will leave the client sore for a few days after. Some light bruising may also occur on difficult muscles and trigger points. Disclaimer: My basic Therapeutic Massage comes with light-deep work and light stretching where needed and would be the best choice for most firm/deep needs.
