Yoga & Meditation Coach
All classes are taught with a trauma-informed lense so as to promote inner healing. Additionally, all classes are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
Yin Yoga: A restorative and relaxing class through extended holds of postures that encourage a release of emotional and physical tension.
Meditation: A relaxing guided meditation to calm the body and mind and focus on our breath. We end the class with gentle stretching.
Slow-Flow Vinyasa: A class of movement through yoga sequences and postures that are linked to breath to help reveal body awareness, inner strength, easeful opening, endurance, flexibility, and balance.
Chair and Senior Yoga: A class to practice with movement and breath while seated in a chair to help loosen and stretch muscles, reduce chronic pain, decrease stress, and improve circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.
Yoga Nidra: Enter a calming state of mind and body through guided meditation designed to encourage brain waves into a deeper state to release emotional tension, slow down the nervous system, and allow muscles to relax.
